Public Offer) of the Online Store Strong As Us

This Public Agreement is an official and public offer of Strong As Us (“Seller”) to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely via the online store located at strongasus.com.

 

The Agreement is public in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, meaning its terms are the same for all customers, and acceptance of this offer constitutes full agreement with the terms below.

 

1. General Provisions

 

1.1. This Agreement defines the procedure for purchasing goods through the Strong As Us online store.

 

1.2. By placing an order on the website, the Buyer confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

 

2. Subject of the Agreement

 

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Agreement.

 

2.2. The goods offered for sale, their descriptions, and prices are displayed on strongasus.com.

 

3. Ordering Procedure

 

3.1. Orders are placed via the online store by completing the order form.

 

3.2. For pre-order payments you can inspect the item and choose to return it for a full refund. You can except your refund in 9-14 days based on shipping times and financial institutions.

 

3.3. Orders are considered accepted only after payment confirmation.

 

4. Price and Payment

 

4.1. Prices for goods are indicated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

4.2. Payment methods are specified on the website at checkout, and during purchase at Nova Posta. 

 

.4.3. Donations are handled separately and are non-refundable, with all funds used to purchase and deliver books to children, schools, and libraries in need.

 

5. Delivery and Shipping

 

5.1. Delivery is available only within Ukraine.

 

5.2. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch; deliveries to conflict-affected areas may take longer.

 

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for goods lost, stolen, or damaged after transfer to the carrier. In case of damage or destruction during shipping, the Buyer may request a discounted replacement for the cost of printing and shipping only.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

 

6.1. The Buyer may return goods and we have confirmed delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging your refund will be sent to you in 7-4 days based on your financial institution. 

 

6.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

7.1. All content on strongasus.com is the intellectual property of Strong As Us and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

 

7.2. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited as listed in the All Rights Reserved. 

 

8. Liability

 

8.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of purchased goods by the Buyer

 

8.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

 

9. Force Majeure

 

9.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure circumstances beyond their control (including but not limited to armed conflict, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions).

 

10. Governing Law

 

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

 

10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Ukraine. By placing an order on strongasus.com, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Public Agreement in full.
