This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Shipping is only available in Ukraine through Nova Posta.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping only within Ukraine. We do not ship internationally at this time through the service Nova Posta.

2. Pre-Order Products

If you purchase a pre-order product:

When the product is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification, that will connect you to the NovaPosta tracking number of your purchased item.
The balance will be charged upon receiving and inspection of the purchase through NovaPosta.

3. Standard Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery will generally take 3–5 business days.

Please note:

Orders shipped to or through conflict-affected zones may experience extended delivery times beyond the standard timeframe.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential delays from postal or courier services.

4. Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, and another upon receipt of your payment.

5. Damaged, Destroyed, Lost, or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If your product is damaged or destroyed in transit, you may request a discounted or even free replacement copy. This offer is subject to availability and proof of damage.
