Children are encouraged to ask questions, express themselves, help others, and trust themselves to learn, and adapt. Skill developed include: emotional regulation and expression. Self and group safety. Entry-level survival logic, hopeful thinking & cultural pride.

Strong as Us curriculum is designed specifically for children living through the realities of war. Built from frontline experience by a Ukrainian combat veteran, these tools and skills have been used in real times. This book blends real life events with storytelling, safety knowledge, and emotional self-regulation to hep children thrive in even the most uncertain conditions.
Children Curriculum age 7-12


Meditation, teamwork, safe habits, basic medical care, and emotional expression tools are unique aspects to the Strong As Us curriculum. We have created ten lessons plans that spanning the entire book mapped out for your ease. This includes additional lessons, questions, and projects which have been created with professional development for your education team. You also have the ability to contact our Educational director who has over twenty years of education experience and the author for classroom and in-person meetings. The materials work as standalone curriculum or can be used alongside the current national education tools and psychological support programs. It can be used to teach in Ukrainian, English language, classes for personal enrichment or for one on one tutoring
Strong As Us Pathway to Learning
Early Childhood 7+
Focus on emotional literacy and grounding techniques. Play-based reading with adult support. Storylines center around safety, empathy, and home.
Primary Years (9+)
Introduces 'Survival Logic' includes staying calm, staying together through teamwork, responsibility and basic safety habits. Culturally rooted in Ukrainian strength and identify.
Upper Primary (Age 10-12)
Workbook activities and role-play scenarios. These lessons go deeper into emotional control, group problem-solving, and safety planning. This allows students to prepare for ongoing war-related realities with grounded hope.
Ready for the world Strong As Us learners are better prepared to face crisis calmly, care for others, and feel part of something bigger than fear. these are life skills they carry with them long after the war is over. The materials are designed for continuity- weather a child is reading at home, in a shelter, or a mobile classroom all content is written in plain language, culturally relevant, and created with children's psychological safety in mind.
